Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

These Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the Lumvik Home Ambassador Program (the "Program"). The Program is operated by WYZEN LLC, doing business as Lumvik Home ("Lumvik", "we", "us", "our"). By signing up for the Program, you ("you", "Ambassador") agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. There is no minimum number of followers. We may accept or decline any application, and we may close any account that does not respect these Terms.

2. Your link and discount code

Once your account is approved, you receive a personal referral link and a personal discount code. Your followers get 10% off their order with your code. Your code can be used on top of our automatic offers (such as Buy 1, Get 1 Free) but cannot be combined with other discount codes. We may change the discount amount or the offers it applies to at any time; the change applies to orders placed after it.

3. Commissions

  • You earn a commission of 10% of the Net Revenue of each Qualifying Purchase.
  • A "Qualifying Purchase" is an order placed on lumvikhome.com by a customer who used your referral link or your discount code, and that is tracked to your account by our affiliate platform.
  • "Net Revenue" means the amount actually paid for the products, excluding shipping, taxes, shipping protection, and any refunded, cancelled or charged-back amounts.
  • No commission is earned on your own orders, on orders placed with another discount code, or on orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
  • Commissions are approved 30 days after the order date, provided the order has not been refunded, cancelled, returned or disputed. If an order is refunded after approval, we may deduct the commission from your next payout.

4. Payouts

  • Approved commissions are paid by bank wire transfer once your approved balance reaches $100 USD. Balances below $100 roll over to the next payout.
  • Payouts are sent in USD. You are responsible for providing correct bank details and for any fees charged by your bank or intermediary banks.
  • Before we pay you, we may ask for the tax information required by law (for example a Form W-9 for U.S. residents or a Form W-8BEN for non-U.S. residents).

5. Your content and how we may use it

When you create photos, videos, reviews or posts about Lumvik products as part of the Program ("Content"), you keep ownership of your Content. You grant Lumvik a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, edit (for length, format and captions), display and distribute your Content, together with your name, social media handle, image, likeness and voice as they appear in it, on our website, social media, emails and paid advertising, including partnership ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) run with your account as the identity when you have granted us that access in your account settings.

This license continues after you leave the Program for Content created while you were an Ambassador. You can ask us at any time to stop running new paid ads with your identity, and we will stop within 30 days.

You confirm that your Content is your own, does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that anyone who appears in it has agreed to be shown.

6. Honest promotion and disclosure

  • You must clearly disclose your relationship with Lumvik whenever you share your link or code, as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (for example "#ad", "#LumvikPartner" or "I earn a commission from this link"). The disclosure must be easy to see, not hidden among hashtags or behind a "more" button.
  • Only share your honest opinion and real experience. Do not make claims about our products that we do not make ourselves, including health, safety or medical claims.
  • Do not publish fake reviews or testimonials, or AI-generated testimonials or product demonstrations presented as real experiences.

7. What is not allowed

  • Running paid ads of your own that promote Lumvik, your link or your code, on any platform, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
  • Bidding on "Lumvik", "Lumvik Home" or any similar term or misspelling in search or social ads.
  • Posting your link or code on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or on public forums such as Reddit.
  • Sending spam, or messaging people who have not agreed to hear from you.
  • Using your link or code for your own purchases, or creating fake orders or accounts.
  • Registering domain names, social media accounts or usernames that include "Lumvik", or presenting yourself as Lumvik or as an employee of Lumvik.

If you break these rules, we may cancel unpaid commissions linked to the breach and close your account.

8. Ending your participation

You may leave the Program at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. We may end your participation at any time, with or without reason. When participation ends, approved commissions of $100 or more are still paid, unless your account was closed for a breach of these Terms. You must then stop using your link, code and our brand materials.

9. Independent relationship

You take part in the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint-venture relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes.

10. Liability

The Program and our affiliate platform are provided "as is". We are not responsible for tracking errors caused by browsers, ad blockers, cookies being deleted or third-party outages. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you under these Terms is limited to the commissions paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the new version on this page with its date. If you keep participating after an update, you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
